Swedish sign company moves all orders online with Exponatic
Swedish sign company has fully transitioned to online ordering across all their brands, using Exponatic. CEO reports more customers, fewer errors, and faster turnaround.
About going 100% online
The company, based in Skåne in southern Sweden, operates multiple online brands and has spent years refining digital sales workflows for custom-made products.
Their customer portal allows customers to upload a logo, configure materials and sizes, preview the sign in a 3D environment — and receive an exact, often lower, price instantly. Customers can even see how their sign would look on a photo of the actual building façade.
What the CEO says
“I was called by one of our largest sign customers who said it was the best thing he’d seen in years. That made me very happy.”
The CEO also highlighted the speed advantage: customers in a fast-moving industry no longer wait for quotes and sketches. Designers and agencies can immediately see which materials are available and how they affect pricing.
The transition
The company had already spent several years refining digital ordering workflows before beginning the transition of its sign business in 2025. — and as of January 2026, all orders are fully digital.
While adoption in the industrial segment was instant, the sign industry saw a mixed response initially. But the numbers speak for themselves: more customers, fewer errors, and a faster production pipeline.
